Studio Parole currently ships to the United States and selected countries across Europe.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Good things take a little time.

Every Studio Parole piece is made to order. Estimated delivery is approximately 6–8 business days, including production and shipping.

3. Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with tracking information when available.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is made especially for you, we begin processing orders shortly after they're placed.

If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@studioparole.shop. We'll do our best to help before production begins.

5. What is your return & refund policy?

We want you to love your statement. But sometimes things don't go quite right.

Our return policy depends on your delivery destination and the type of piece ordered. Applicable consumer rights are always respected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photos so we can make things right.

6. What if there’s an issue with my order?

Every Studio Parole piece is made to order by our trusted production partners.

We believe in making what people actually want, rather than filling shelves with things they might not.

8. Are your products eco-conscious?

We're mindful of how our pieces are made.

Our made-to-order approach helps reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction. Materials and printing methods vary depending on the product, and we're always looking for thoughtful ways to improve.

9. How do I know my order was successful?

Once your payment is completed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment, but it's something we're keeping in mind for the future.
